Professor Jasper Kim, Board of Advisors


Jasper Sirny Kim is a U.S-qualified lawyer with legal and investment banking experience in New York, Tokyo and Hong Kong. Educated in the U.S. and England, he received legal training at Harvard Law School (PON, 2005), received his Juris Doctor in Law from Rutgers University and an MSc. (Economic History) from the London School of Economics, as well as an MBA from the University of London. He was in-house legal counsel with the global investment bank of Lehman Brothers (Tokyo), where he worked on various structured cross-border transactions, and thereafter joined Barclays Capital Asia Ltd. (Hong Kong) as Associate Director of the firm's Debt Capital Markets team.

Her business training was with Mellon Bank in Wealth Management, Wells Fargo's Commercial Bank, and in sales management with Xerox. In establishing Mellon Bank within the film, television, and music industries, she became a trusted advisor to entertainment industry executives and talent. Within Wells Fargo's commercial banking division, Kathryn served as a business development officer and earned the highest ranking for cross-selling throughout the nation. Kathryn was extensively trained in Xerox's consultative selling program as an account executive where she managed a team of product specialists to serve Fortune 500 clients.

Michelle Chubarov McIntosh, Board of Advisors

Michelle Chubarov McIntosh is a producer, production executive, writer, and entrepreneur with film and television production expertise, creative abilities, and business acumen. Ms. McIntosh is currently the CEO of Willow Creek Pictures, and formerly ran the Production Services division at Universal Studios Hollywood for seven years where she supervised up to 450 productions per year, including Mission Impossible 3, Desperate Housewives, and Ellen, and surpassed revenue quota by over 100% annually. Prior to that, she worked on- and off-set in production on various feature films, TV shows, music videos, and commercials, such as Scorched with Woody Harrelson and Alicia Silverstone, According to Spencer with Giovanni Ribisi, and Resurrection Blvd with Elizabeth Pena. She was also a producer on the Ivan Sergei directed film Rebellion with Patrick Dempsey and Joe Viterelli.

His experience includes TV Buying, V.O.D., Mobile App promotion, Search, Programmatic and Online Video. Since joining the Video Sales team in mid-2016, he has focused on client Video challenges, and the shift from "Television first" marketing to a Video Neutral approach. Prior to that, Elliott worked specifically on Google mobile marketing in Telecom, Tech & Retail, as mSearch Head of Industry-Finance and as Senior Account Executive for Google TV Ads. He helped Google become the largest mobile Search, Display and Video Network in the world.

philo3Eric Philo is a Managing Director at Avalon Worth, an investment bank in New York. He started his career at Goldman, Sachs, where he spent 13 years as a senior equity securities analyst following media companies. He also served in senior positions at Brompton Cross Capital Advisors, a long/short hedge fund, Shopkorn Associates, a family office/hedge fund, and Jennison Associates, a money manager serving institutions and individuals. Mr. Philo's particular focus is media, internet and telecommunications, although he has broad experience across many industries.

Rob Shalhoub, Board of Advisors


Rob is a business strategist and creative producer whose work spans film and television, experiential entertainment, digital media, and technology. As a strategic consultant, he has helped raise more than $25 million in equity and debt capital for various independent productions and startup ventures. As an independent writer and producer, Rob created and sold scripted comedy series “Homeland Insecurity” (Sony Pictures / CBS), unscripted docu-series “Petit Tresor” (Style Network), and biopic “Gibran” (Creative Projects Group). He launched, produced, and promoted immersive entertainment experiences such as “I Like Scary Movies” (Warner Bros / New Line), “Tour Pick Tequila Lounge” (Rolling Stones / Jose Cuervo), “Pan Am Experience” (Pan Am). For nearly twenty years, Rob has consulted on hundreds of major film and television productions including “Kill Bill” (Miramax), “Red Eye” (Dreamworks), “Moneyball” (Sony), “The Wolf of Wall Street” (Paramount), “Bridesmaids” (Universal), “House” (NBCUniversal), “Grey’s Anatomy” (ABC), “Scandal” (ABC), “It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia” (FX Television), and “Ray Donovan” (Showtime). Rob graduated from Tufts University with a degree in International Relations. He currently lives in Simi Valley, California with his wife and three children.
